Y.O.G.O.L Travel® (short for You Only Get One Life) is a Black woman-owned online travel company that curates luxury adventure group travel experiences and sells them directly to our target audience of bold, grown, and ready-to-explore adults. We specialize in unforgettable travel events that fuse thrill, culture, and connection, from scuba diving in paradise to glamping under starry skies with your new travel crew. Our trips are thoughtfully designed for busy professionals, solo travelers, couples, and friend groups who want more than just a getaway, they want experiences that feed the soul and spark transformation. Every journey is handpicked and hassle-free, so all you have to do is show up and live boldly.

Our core focus is curating unforgettable, culturally rich, luxury adventures that celebrate Black women. That said, we absolutely welcome men, as part of a couple, or when traveling alongside one of the women in our group.
We host women-centered trips, annual co-ed escapes, romantic getaways, VIP member meetups, and our signature Fins & Flip Flops scuba adventures, each crafted in the true Y.O.G.O.L. spirit.
All trips are adults-only unless otherwise noted.

Yes, we are! Your peace of mind is a top priority at Y.O.G.O.L Travel®. We are CLIA-certified. We also carry a $2 million general liability insurance policy as well as Errors & Omissions (E&O) Insurance to protect both our company and our travelers.
Yes, we sure do! If you see a trip listed on the YOGOL Travel website or YOGOL Travel Deals that you'd love to experience privately, we offer custom group quotes for parties of 10 or more.
Whether you're celebrating a milestone, planning a couples' escape, or just want to travel with your tribe, we’ll recreate the YOGOL magic exclusively for your crew.
Private group pricing is only available for trips already listed on our platforms.
To get started, a $400 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve and begin customizing your private group experience. This deposit goes toward your total balance and locks in your group planning session with our team.
RESERVATIONS
Once you’ve secured your spot, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the important trip details, like your payment schedule, due dates, and a link to your account summary, where you can view your monthly payment plan. By default, your card will be automatically charged each month, but you’re welcome to turn off auto-pay if you prefer to make manual payments.
As your departure date gets closer, we’ll send helpful updates, like packing tips, itinerary changes, travel forms, and other need-to-know info to help you prep like a pro. And of course, our team is here for you every step of the way if you have any questions or need support. We’ve got you, all the way to takeoff!
You have flexible options for managing your monthly payments. Most guests enjoy the ease of auto-pay, but you can also make payments manually whenever you prefer.
Simply visit www.yogoltravel.com and select “Account Login” to access your dashboard. There, you can review your balance, update your payment method, and stay on top of your trip details.
We’ll also send monthly reminder emails with a direct link to your account, making it easy to view your payment history or make a payment at any time
Worried about flakey travel friends or flying solo? We’ve got you! At Y.O.G.O.L Travel, we know that traveling alone can feel intimidating, but you don’t have to do it alone. When you register with a double occupancy option, we’ll match you with a like-minded roommate.
Before the trip, you'll complete a short survey so we can learn more about your vibe, preferences, and personality. We’ll use that info to pair you with the best possible roomie, someone who complements your energy and helps keep the trip peaceful and fun!
To keep things comfy and cozy, our room options are limited to single occupancy (1 person) or double occupancy (2 people max). If you're traveling with a third person, they’ll need to book a separate room, either as a solo traveler or by opting into our roommate matching program.

Y.O.G.O.L Travel is for the curious, the bold, and the adventure-ready, no matter your age or stage in life. Our experiences are thoughtfully crafted for adult travelers (21+), offering immersive cultural adventures both domestically and abroad.
That said, we occasionally offer select cultural trips where travelers aged 12 and up are welcome, making room for multigenerational exploration and unforgettable family memories.
Whether you're a solo traveler in your 30s, a fearless explorer in your 50s, or planning a meaningful family trip, if you’ve got the spirit of adventure, you’ve got a place with us.
Great question! Most of our trips are Land Only, but occasionally, we offer both options for your convenience.
Air & Land: Includes your roundtrip airfare + full accommodations during the trip. It’s the all-in-one, stress-free package—just pack and go!
Land Only: Includes all accommodations and experiences on the itinerary, but you’ll handle your own flights. You’ll also be responsible for arranging your own airport transfers on arrival and departure days.

PASSPORT
If you're heading to an international destination, a valid U.S. passport is required, and it must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date.
Not a U.S. citizen? Be sure to check with the consulate of your destination country to confirm any visa or entry requirements specific to your citizenship.
It’s your responsibility to make sure all your travel documents are in order, including passports, visas, and any required authorizations.
Heads up for families: If a minor is traveling without both legal parents or guardians, they must carry a notarized letter of consent for international travel.
Yes, you can! You’re welcome to reserve your spot even if your passport is still in process, just make sure you’ll have a valid passport in hand before your travel date.
We’ll request your passport details for verification about 60–90 days before departure, so we highly recommend starting your application as soon as you book to avoid any delays or disruptions to your adventure.

PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, as well as PayPal for your convenience. Want to keep it simple? You can also opt into automatic payments so you never miss a due date. Just set it and forget it!
Automatic billing is a convenient way to stay on track with your payments. Once enrolled, your monthly payments are automatically deducted from your chosen payment method, no need to remember due dates or log in every time. Just set it up once and let it do the work for you!
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Before confirming your reservation, you’ll be required to review and accept our full Terms and Conditions.
Because we begin securing accommodations, tours, and services immediately after booking, we strongly encourage all travelers to purchase travel insurance to protect their investment in case of unexpected changes or cancellations.

Yes, we highly recommend making monthly payments to stay on track with your balance. Life happens, we get it! If you're ever unable to make a payment, just reach out to us via email so we can work with you.
Please note: If no payment is made and we haven’t heard from you in 60 days, your reservation will be automatically canceled and all payments made will be forfeited.

Yes, love, you sure can! As long as reservations are still open, you’re welcome to join the adventure. Just make your initial deposit at the time of booking, and then hop on the monthly payment schedule like everyone else.

If your roommate’s reservation is canceled or they stop making payments, you’ll have two options:
Join our Roommate Matching Program to be paired with a new travel companion, or
Pay the single occupancy supplement to secure your own room.
Either way, we’ll work with you to keep your travel plans on track and your experience stress-free.
Absolutely. Let Y.O.G.O.L Travel Services does not store your credit card details directly, all payments are processed securely through trusted travel suppliers and payment platforms.

TOURS
Grab your comfy shoes, charge that phone, and pack a snack, boo, we’re outside! Our daily group tours are all about immersive, authentic experiences, so most are half-day adventures, but some may run a full day depending on the destination and activities.
Don’t worry, we’ll always give you the heads up in advance so you can dress for the vibe and prep for the pace. Whether it’s light exploring or a full cultural deep dive, we’ve got you covered!

Absolutely, timing is everything when you're traveling with a group! Each day’s tour will have a scheduled departure time, and we’ll always let you know the next day’s itinerary the night before so you can plan, prep, and slay accordingly.
Once breakfast and departure times are announced, we expect everyone to honor the schedule, it keeps the trip flowing smoothly for the whole crew. If you're late and miss the group departure, you'll be responsible for your own transportation to catch up (and any costs that come with it). Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds for missed transport.

Not all trips include a YOGOL Travel Host, but don’t worry, we’ve got options to fit every travel style while still delivering amazing service and support! Each trip falls into one of three hosting categories, and you'll always know exactly what to expect before you book.
1. Non-Hosted Trips
These are powered by our trusted local partners! While no YOGOL Travel staff will be on-site, your experience will be led by experienced local guides we’ve handpicked. Plus, we stay in daily contact with the local team and provide you with a direct local contact and access to YOGOL Travel's main office if you ever need assistance.
2. Guided Trips
These trips include both a local guide and a dedicated YOGOL Travel Manager traveling with the group. This gives you direct on-the-ground support plus the rich cultural knowledge of a local expert. It’s the best of both worlds, guided, but not too hand-held.
3. Hosted Events
These are our most immersive experiences and feature a YOGOL Host AND one or more YOGOL Travel Managers. You’ll be wrapped in full support and next-level vibes from beginning to end, perfect for those who love group synergy, curated experiences, and personal attention.
How will I know what’s included?
Each trip listing will clearly state whether it’s Non-Hosted, Guided, or Hosted, so there are no surprises. You’ll know exactly who will be there and how your trip is supported.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is your safety net and peace-of-mind passport! It protects you from unexpected stuff that can pop up before or during your trip, think flight cancellations, lost luggage, medical emergencies, or last-minute changes you didn’t see coming.
We highly recommend travel insurance for every trip. Because while we always hope for smooth skies and good vibes, life happens, and it’s better to be protected than panicked.
Bottom line? If you can afford to travel, you can’t afford to skip travel insurance. Period.
It’s not required for every trip, but it's highly recommended. Life happens, sis, and travel insurance helps protect your investment when the unexpected shows up. Flights get delayed. Bags go missing. Emergencies pop off.

GROUP SYNERGY
At Y.O.G.O.L Travel & Events, we create spaces rooted in joy, connection, and mutual respect. We have a zero-tolerance policy for rude, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior, whether directed at trip leaders, local partners, or fellow travelers.
If a traveler is negatively impacting the vibe through hostile, aggressive, or harmful behavior, they may be removed from group activities. In serious cases, they may be dismissed from the trip entirely, without refund.
We prioritize the well-being, safety, and energy of the group above all. This is a travel family, not just a trip.
Not at all. We value your peace and personal space just as much as group connection. While we encourage community bonding, you're free to recharge solo anytime. We’ve got a mix of high-vibe moments and time to rest, reflect, or explore on your own.
We’re a diverse mix of personalities, which makes our trips magical. If a conflict arises, we ask that you approach it with maturity, grace, and respect. If necessary, our trip leaders are trained to mediate with discretion. Kind communication goes a long way!
